Terms of service

These terms govern your use of FirstFlag, a subscription intelligence service provided by Levity Leads Ltd, 85 Great Portland Street, London W1W 7LT, registered in England and Wales under company number 15957245. FirstFlag monitors publicly available regulatory and company data for care homes in your licensed territory and flags homes showing defined risk signals, together with named directors and contact details drawn from public records. The service is refreshed weekly. Founding subscriptions are licensed to one firm per territory: while your subscription is active we will not license the same territory to another firm.

The founding rate is £119 per month, billed monthly in advance, rolling with no minimum term. You may cancel at any time and the subscription ends at the close of the paid period. If you cancel, your territory exclusivity ends with the subscription and the founding rate is not guaranteed on re-subscription.

Your licence is for internal business development use by your firm. You may not resell, republish or redistribute FirstFlag data or reports, or share portal access outside your firm. Underlying public-register data remains subject to its own licences (Open Government Licence v3 for CQC data).

FirstFlag is decision-support, not advice. Signals are derived from public records that can lag reality, and we do not warrant that any flagged home will fail, improve or engage you. The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may suspend or end the service for non-payment or material breach of these terms. We may retire the service with thirty days' notice, in which case any prepaid period beyond the closure date is refunded pro rata.

These terms are the whole agreement between us regarding the service. If any part is found unenforceable the rest stands. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to subscribers by email. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
